Rind-On Horseshoe Gammon
Produced by removing bone-in-gammon from the curing bag and removing shank. Corner is removed leaving horseshoe square . Slipper is removed by knife following the femur bone. Femur is removed. Horseshoe then netted. Packed in Cheshire Oak and Red Tractor brand packaging.
